Cancer Institute (WIA) is a comprehensive cancer centre having 545 inpatient beds and 131 semi-occupancy beds under free and paying categories spread in both Dr. S. Krishnamurthi campus and Dr. V. Shanta campus. There are exclusive blocks for children (home away from home concept) and day care for chemotherapy apart from general wards and special wards (single occupancy as well as twin-sharing rooms).
