This is a colored dress worn at a wedding after-party.
It was worn for a short time, so I think it's in a beautiful condition with no noticeable stains!
(It has been dry-cleaned)
The size is S, but the bust (around the waist where the panels meet?) has been altered, so the actual measurement is about 28.5cm when laid flat.

I am 164cm tall, and the dress length dragged on the ground when I wore 3cm heels.
